It is very important to read the entire program before you start. Every detail is strategically laid out and has a specific purpose to optimize your results. Inside the program we have provided you with all the information and explanations as to why every step is important.
2. How often can I drink coffee?
You can drink coffee as often as you’d like to help subside any cravings.
3. Does it matter what time I do my workout?
For optimal results we recommend you try to workout first thing in the morning before eating but workouts anytime of the day will still be beneficial.
4. What do I do if I get hungry?
You can increase your portions of protein, vegetables or water intake to help subside any hunger.
5. What if I don’t hit the daily water intake required?
The daily water intake required are simply targets to aim for in order to set your body up for flushing mode. It’s important to try and get as close as you can each day.
6. How fast should I be sprinting during cardio?
The goal is to work as hard as you can during sprints and rest during recovery. Everyone’s speed will be different but try to push yourself. It’s ONLY 7 days.
7. Am I allowed to have cheat meals?
Cheat meals are NOT allowed during the 7 days if you want optimal results.
8. Can I take other supplements while doing the E7 Program?
